INK BLOB DRAWINGS 2020-2021

Ink Blob drawings, 2020/21: A series of ink drawings during lock down that respond to the strange induced combination of boredom and anxiety. They engage with formlessness and fear while the titles derive from the text of a right-wing Christian organisation that sent me unsolicited emails. They are not images of anything, though they could refer to asteroids, bacteria, viruses, Rorschach tests, oil slicks, islands, rock samples, but are in fact just random forms. Sizes vary from 13cm x 18cm to 57cm x 76cm.
